You don’t need a premium account to own land with us. Save $9.95 per month and enjoy the land with same features, less lag then mainland, neighbours complying covenant, better and faster inworld support and possibility of individual arrangements.
Most of parcels include preset design houses and environment - trees, palms, stones, off sim rocks or waves. Objects are provided as is, you can use it for your living or return it anytime during rental period.
Payment is possible in L$, rentoboxes are not on your parcel, you can deed parcel to your group and switch on Autoreturn option. No extra group membership is needed.
